I am 70 and since my hip replacement I have gone back to work and find it hard to believe that I was to the point of facing a wheelchair a little over a year ago.I recommend him to everyone who needs orthopedic surgery.

Dr. Church replaced my right knee last year and my left knee two months ago. Did a great job or I would have had my second done. His demeanor really shows how much he cares about his patients. Highly recommended.

I was seriously injured by a surgeon at Bloomington, IL. orthopedic surgeon. I nearly died, and spent a day in the ICU. That doctor refused to say what went wrong. After having some mechanical complications in my hip, and being turned down by another surgeon in Peoria, I was referred to Dr Church. He had no qualms about taking care of the problem I was having. He has a great attitude and no fear of fixing things others have messed up. The procedure went wonderfully and I just had my post op visit. Everything looks good and feels good! X rays were fabulous. He said I'm welcome to come back for any other problems. I'm so grateful!

Excellent!! I had a total knee replacement and NO pain (just tightness from swelling) after the surgery. He is a wonderful, kind, caring, unhurried doctor. It is obvious that the patient is very important to him and NOT just a pay check. Looking forward to getting my other knee replaced. God only wants the best for me and He sent it in the form of Dr. Church and 'Jake from State Farm'. Thank you so much!!

When I first saw Dr Church it was after a failed Tibia surgery from Matthew Gardner who was a horrible Physician. Gardner and his underling were're done with me after the screw bit my leg that they a screw bent in my leg shortly after the initial Surgery which Gardner blamed me for. Dr Church went in he did the best he could to repair the Damage from my 1st Surgery and everything was pretty good until like a year and a half later, God forbid and I wasn't healed yet and he's like well what do you want to do come back every 6 months which he doesn't know I heard . Then he continued with, (We are friends) being he & Gardner. I lost almost all respect for him then. So just pray darlins that he gets in there and fixes your issue quickly & you heal and expedient amount of time and everything should be good by GODs Grace.

My first visit with Dr Church. His staff and PA were very nice and professional. I sought information about a possible fracture due to osteoporosis. He listened to me carefully and gave me his professional opinion and guidance on how I could go forward with a healthy lifestyle to continue my life in the best way possible. I totally recommend him.

Answered all questions, didn’t rush visit and explained everything that needed to be done.

I had knee replacement surgery. Dr. Church is the best of the best.

Dr Church and his team were respectful, explained what was going to be done. Took as much time as needed to explain what I would need to do to recover, answered as many questions as I had and if any other problems I had he told me who to tell to get relief.

Receptive to my questions—fully explains procedures to me. Very professional and caring.

Dr. Church & His staff, Preferably Jacob, were Absolutely Awesome! Had Hip & Knee pain, diagnosed with Bursitis in hip & Tendonitis in knee. Had Cortisone shot in each! They always explain to me in a way I can understand & allow me to ask questions! Highly recommend Dr. Church with the utmost sincerity!

Dr. Church took time to answer my questions and to explain that I was not going through this alone, that he would be with me and available to help in any way possible. His team and communication with me have been amazing. Within less than 24 hours, he had communicated with my primary care MD that my testing should be done prior to my appointment the following week. His staff has called to schedule Joint Replacement Education and Prehab. I’m optimistic that the remainder of my care will also be excellent.

Got great information about choices for my knee from NP Jake. I know what my options are and I am very pleased with my path to a healthy knee.

I think Dr Church is the best. At the height of Covid, when I needed more care than my ortho could give, Dr Church came to the rescue taking my case. I was diagnosed with osteomyelitis and septic arthritis. Having my femoral head removed he took on the job of rebuilding my pelvic area, and a total hip replacement. Everything went very smooth, very little pain, and actually walked 35 or so feet the next morning. His follow up are was extraordinary. He has a great demeanor, as well as his residents. When / if I need additional orthopedic surgeries, even though I’m 2 hrs away, he will get the first call for help.

Dr Church explains every thing about the procedure and what to expect.He is always available giving patients his personal phone number to contact if there are any issues that arise.I would go back to him for any other ortho problems I may encounter.

I’ve never met an orthopedic surgeon like him. He is the best in every way. He truly listens to his patients. He truly cares about his patients. And he knows how to help in a very special way. Not every surgeon has gifted hands. But I believe Dr Church truly does. I rarely recommend any physician to anyone. But I would recommend anyone to Dr Church without any reservation whatsoever. I trust him completely, and respect him all the more.
