Do not recommend.
Dr. Woolfolk was a disappointment. I would not recommend. She literally spent 3-5 minutes with me, did not attempt to examine, did not help. Paid her office $150 - $200 for nothing.

The doctor is fine but the young clerk at the front desk on the right hand side may need additional training. During Covid 19 times, we are supposed to stand 6 feet away. I stood in the spot designated for that purpose while she was talking to another patient. She looked past the patient and actually asked me why was I standing there. I told her I was waiting to get to her. She did not know my name after I told her my name and the appointment time. Even though I had an appointment, she called me someone else. I had to correct her. She reminded me of the old unprofessional staff Dr. Blackburn used to have in his office that led to a lot if complaints. I had to speak to Dr. Blackburn about the staff during our visit. Hopes she gets better. I watched and listened to how she talked to the other patients and she was kind and friendly. She did not talk to any of them the way she talked to me. Came super early and still had to wait past my appointment time. Approved Jun 27, 2020

What I like most about her is that Sheryl ask the right questions and she listens. She is very kind and compassionate. She decided on a new regime for me and I can’t wait to see the results. Dr. Blackburn has pass the leadership to the right person and I’m sure she will make him proud. She didn’t rush through my visit and that’s what I like. A doctor who takes their time with their patients. The staff is awesome as well and very respectful.

On my first visit, Dr. Woolfolk was very nice, very professional and she knew immediately how she would treat my skin concerns. I liked Dr. Blackburn, he was great, but at this time her regime seems to be the best that I've received. I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism that she has brought to the practice. Thank you Dr. Woolfolk!
