Frustrating experience- good doctor
I had an appointment with Dr. Bebo that I waited nearly two months for. On the day of the appointment, I was informed by the staff that Dr. Bebo was not coming in. My only option was to wait another three months for a reschedule with a different doctor. While I fully understand that illnesses and emergencies happen, even to doctors, the handling of this situation was deeply unprofessional. How physicians manage these situations reflects their consideration for their patients’ time and needs. I would recommend considering other options for care.
