Visited Dr. Bernahu in ER at Frederick Memorial. He is a very slick Doctor but completely missed the diagnosis. Ended up going to Johns Hopkins to have properly diagnosed only to be charged five times the rate of Johns Hopkins ER doctors for his visit. This physician is either ill prepared or just cocky. I would avoid until he learns both his profession and humility.
