Does not listen & overbills
Went to Dr. Casey for chronic knee pain. I was seen by another doctor in this clinic previously, so notes were available to him. He required me to get an X-ray before seeing him (I had recent scans - and previous notes clearly showed no X-ray was needed - is a soft tissue issue). In taking my history and throughout the exam, I don't think I even completed a sentence without him cutting me off. Horrible bedside manner. The visit was cut short, "last question!" But he billed it at the highest level possible (I work in medicine and understand billing - this was inappropriate for the single, self-limiting issue I had. Doctors can also bill based on time, but he did not spend 45-59 minutes with me (as his code implied). We had 10-15 minutes together - 20 max. I've since been to a PT that has helped me 10x more at less than 1/2 the cost. I tried to resolve this with his office and Banner billing - to no avail. I definitely do NOT recommend!

Dr. Casey has been one of the best providers I have ever seen. He is thoughtful, caring, and attentive. I feel confident for the first time that I have a doctor on my side who genuinely cares about my future health. I would highly recommend him as a primary care doctor!
