I received treatment here and prior to scheduling treatment, I was told I would have NO copay or out-of-pocket costs. I questioned them about this quote numerous times because I normally have to pay 20% of all services I receive. I specifically asked who would be picking up the remaining 20% that my insurance doesn't cover and they ASSURED ME I WOULD HAVE NO COST. I went forward with the costly procedure and upon completion of the procedure they informed me that I owed 20%. I spoke with multiple people in billing and upper management and told them I was promised I would have no out-of-pocket costs. They did nothing about the error they made and continue to send me balance-due messages daily. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.I would not have scheduled the procedure knowing I would have had this high out-of-pocket cost. Dr. Charous has gone above and beyond what other doctors would do for their patients. He truly cares about his patients and he will be the ONLY ENT I will ever use.

Doctor gave us the run around just to tell us he wasn't going to help nothing for the pain nothing to help sleep not even a consideration to be helpful about anything don't go to this "doctor will waste your time "

Dr. Charous is definitely a caring doctor.. he was not rushed and listened to my concerns.. we made a decision together. I would recommend to all!

Dr Charous is excellent! He is compassionate, knowledgeable and kind. He did a procedure on my daughters nose and he made her feel so safe and at ease during the whole process. The results were perfect. Would recommend to everyone! He’s fantastic!

Dr Charous is an outstanding ENT specialist and is surrounded by a very competent and friendly staff at every position. I have been suffering from Sleep Apnea since 2001 and was referred to him because my Sleep Apnea has been out of control for over 9 months. He examined me and documented that I met the 5 steps necessary for qualifying for the Inspire implant. He performed the surgery on Monday and I went home after a short stay in post op. My surgery couldn't have gone better and the recovery is going extremely well. Because of his surgical experience and knowledge, my pain has been very mild.His knowledge and expertise as a surgeon is remarkable. I have seen several other ENT specialists over the past 18 years but now I've found the one I'm staying with. My husband has severe sleep apnea. We went to Dr. Charousin August of 2018 to start the process for Inspire. They told us we should be done with all the steps to qualify by December 2019- but that was a lie. As of Feb. 2019, we hadn’t even booked the last procedure to see if he was a candidate for Inspire Sleep. Dr Charous performed my tonsillectomy and as an adult I was very apprehensive but he was professional, thorough, and I had no issues. Staff were wonderfully accommodating and helpful. Expect to wait as he’s busy, but worth it!

I had a tonsillectomy done by Dr. Charous 7 years ago, which went very well. Just this week I got some bad news regarding my thyroid and was told I would need surgery to have it completely removed. I’m a young mother of 3 and the news was completely devastating. Dr. Charous’ office got me in to be seen the day of with basically a walk-in appointment; which was amazing. He and his whole staff showed great compassion and I am so thankful. I know I am in good hands for my surgery in a few weeks.

Dr. Charous lacks good bedside manner. He wouldn't even access the issue we were there for and wouldn't take the time to listen to the full extent of the issue at hand. His NP was also very unprofessional, rude, and dismissive.

I go to a LOT of doctors for numerous reasons due to a severe car accident. In my 20 years, I've only met two doctors that really care, spend the time to talk through your symptoms, and are just plain ON IT. Dr. Charous is one of those doctors. Not just him either, his staff was AMAZING and I've never, seriously, been treated so quickly, efficiently (and they were all so nice) as I have at his office. The front office staff was awesome, the nurses and surgery schedulers as well. Top notch.

I came to see Dr. Charous for nasal stuffiness. I am an avid cyclist and was suffering from congestion.

Horrible listener. I was clearly a trauma patient. If ever i tried to say a word he cut me off or ssshhhed me. I was told by staff after first visit everything was sent electronically. So I get to the pharmacy and I have allergy meds waiting for me. He sent me for so many tests I had time to get a third consultation. Thank goodness. I just got back from my second visit and was still treated like an allergy patient. I will be receiving treatment for my neck by a REAL surgeon next week.

Fantastic, smart & I appreciate how he explained every possible issue that could be causing any symptom I brought up to him. He is an amazing surgeon & can make anyone feel comfortable. He is a great Doctor & 1 that I always leave with a huge smile after spending time with.

Dr. Charous is really insensitive. He really treats you as if you're making things up. He doesn't care about your concerns and he becomes very aggravated when he can't figure out what's wrong. He actually gives up and says "I don't know what to tell you". Worst specialist I've ever encountered. Too bad I can't get refunds for all the high cost copayments I've paid for this specialist visits.

This guy is flat out the biggest jerk I have ever seen. Bedside manner is horrible and his staff has poor attitudes. The follow up here is incredibly lacking. After he performed a surgery I was having complications and called in after hours and he was pissed off about it and blew me off. You will also wait more than an hour after your appointment to be seen. I wouldn't recommend this dude for anything.

Dismissed my concerns, lacked professionalism and did not seem genuinely interested in my daughter's well being. No gloves while doing an exam of an infant's mouth? That didn't sit right with me. Didn't wash hands, handled door knob, then examined her mouth.
