Thorough and always punctual for his appointments
He’s been my local physician for five years. I’ve felt that he is knowledgeable and does take the time to listen to his patient. I’ve never felt rushed.

I just hung up with his nurse, Shelley. Wow, she is rude and abrasive. Worst customer service I have ever received from a medical professional. I felt like a child getting reprimanded by my teacher for simply asking for a PX refill and referral. Wow. Go elsewhere for better care.

Fluid in ear. Easy to see, now I know why.He suggested I yawn and swallow. He said antibiotics wouldn’t help. Which probably was the case. Went to PA 2 days later and got simple ear drops to dry up fluid. Pretty much waste of time and money. Seems to be a bit lazy as most md’s at that clinic are.
