destroyed my life
I jumped through every hoop I followed every rule I came in for every test and every pill count. Somebody made a mistake and without even talking to me he just cut me off of meds that I was taking for decades. I had a house a job a car, I lost it all as a direct result of zero tolerance . You Can't just cut somebody off these meds. I lay in bed unable to move looking at the ceiling everyday . PS now im being censored

De DeFalcis is wonderful, kind, and engaging. He has truly helped get my chronic back pain under control. His PA Jamie is wonderful as well. The office staff is ok if you are there in person, but trying to get someone on the phone is a nightmare. You often never have a message returned.

Had me on opioids and other meds for years w/o getting to the root of my pain. Asked him 3 years ago if I had this condition and he scoffed at me! Changed drs and got immediate answers. Staff is rude, too. PLEASE, PLEASE save yourself and DO NOT see this incompetent doctor!!!!!

This review is NOT about Dr. Defalcis, whom I do not know. This is a review of the SUPPORTING staff which is the most unprepared and rude and negligent I EVER experienced! They make it impossible to even speak to the practitioners who might not know what is going on! I was given a prescription which CVS could not honor because the name on letter head and signature did not match! When I called the office, I was told I should have gone to ER and NO responsibility was taken ! I am FILING COMPLAINT

Got thrown out of MDRI after 5 years because I admitted to carrying my controlled meds in a small bottle vs my 90 count bottle. I did this so I wouldn't need to carry a full bottle and risk losing them. Also after going to my new pm i now realize how unprofessional the the staff is. Find someplace else, anywhere else.
