Saw Dr. Flanagan at IHC Instacare, was very attentive and concerned for health and well being. Made me feel my concerns were real and I felt at ease and trusted what he had to say.

He was dismissive of my concerns. Was judgemental. I was just bothering him.There was something in my ear. I was sick with a cold, but this was not normal. It was painful. There was a problem. I asked him if he was sure there was nothing in there, which apparently offended him. He had his diagnosis and that was that. Diagnosis: cough! He made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Sent me home with an antib. The next 24 hrs were excruciating. Severe otitis.now have permanent hearing loss
