Outstanding Doctor
My total ankle replacement is almost 18 years old. I went to Doctor Fuchs for a checkup and to discuss what would happen in the event that my ankle gave out. My questions were answered and he would definitely be my choice to perform corrective surgery if needed

In Good Hands
I recently had surgery and my first post op appointment. The surgery went well and recovery is better than anything I expected. Dr Fuchs is highly regarded as a surgeon and why I chose him and Rothman Orthopedic Specialists.

Shocked after all the good reviews
I did not have a good experience with Dr Fuchs. He was highly recommended, but I feel as though Rothman is interested only in the money grab. I felt as though I was annoying him when asking questions. When I asked about an alternative treatment, I was dismissed. The office staff were great, scheduling easy. But there was no kindness or compassion shown by the doctor. Very disappointing as I thought I would finally be getting some relief.

Dr. Fuchs took time to explain my options for a calcaneus fracture. Once I opted for surgery, he and his staff were very helpful throughout the whole procedure. The surgical team was awesome and very reassuring, and the followup visit 10 days later went very well. I wholly recommend Dr. Fuchs due to his expertise and professionalism.

Kind and Caring Doctor
Dr. Fuchs was great! My son was injured playing hockey and had a pretty extensive injury Broken tibia and fibula and required reduction in the office prior to surgery. Dr. Fuchs was kind and compassionate throughout the whole process. My son has surgery 3 days later and it went well. He is on the road to recovery . We were impressed with Dr. Fuchs knowledge and confidence. Thank you for providing exceptional care!

Dr Fuchs an excellent foot surgeon
Dr Fuchs recently performed surgery on my foot. I have been very happy with the entire experience. Dr Fuchs is a thoughtful, totally competent surgeon. He took his time explaining my procedure and answering my questions and surgery day could not have gone more smoothly. I have lots of foot needs and would not hesitate to see him again if further surgery is needed.

Second opinion
I saw Dr Fuchs for a second opinion on a problem from a surgery earlier this year. He listened closely to my history and current condition, reviewed my imaging, asked lots of questions, reconsidered the imaging and questions, asked additional questions. I truly felt heard and understood.

Rude, dismissive, didn't listen uncaring ignorant
Dr Fuchs was an hour and ten minutes late for my appointment with no apology. He never smiled or was personal. When he touched my sensitive heel he jabbed his thumb right into the worse part. I tried to explain how long I've been having my foot pain. That I had 2 podiatrist tell me not to have a cortisone shot because it could rupture my planter fascia. He told me I should and if it did rupture that it would be okay cause it would help relieve tension. He told me to use and ice water bottle and time and it could heal it self that surgery wasn't necessary. I had been referred to him by his colleague because they thought it needed surgery. He made it seem like pain was in my head and he didn't want to do the surgery because it wasn't needed. I have been in a boot have had x-rays and MRI's and all this guy wanted to do was leave for the day cause it was 4:10 when I finally saw him and he just wanted to go home at 4:30. I felt belittle, dismissed, unimportant, and quick to get rid of.
