He is horrible!
I went in to have a stye looked at in my eye and wanted to make sure there wasn't an infection. He looked at me from 3 feet away, said I have a stye and started to write up a prescription for an oral antibiotic. I said 'Don't you want to look in my eye?' He said 'Come on, I have been doing this for over 20 years'. So I had to pay an $80 copay for him to do absolutely nothing. He needs to stop practicing immediately. I had to go to another doctor a few days later when it got much worse. How can he even pretend to be a doctor with that attitude?

Outstanding Practitioner!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Green since 2005 and there is no one that I would trust more with my eye health. I have sent numerous family and friends to him, and Medical Eye Services, all of whom were highly satisfied with the level of care and expertise. He is thorough, ahead of the curve in technology, and the best ophthalmic surgeon in the area! Dr. Green approaches his science with humility and a pursuit of excellence. He considers it a privilege to serve his patients. I highly recommend Daniel Green, Ph.D., M.D.

Dr Green was very kind to me when I came in for an emergency double eye infection. He was efficient and informative and quickly evaluated my condition and sent an RX to treat my infection. The office staff continued to navigate through my insurance and prescription fill hurdles with my pharmacy throughout the day and kept me updated so I could obtain my medication ASAP. I appreciated everyone’s care and sense of urgency to deal with my case.

I found Doctor Green unhelpful and lacking in knowledge. He kept referring to issues with my right eye when he meant my left eye. To be told my vision was 20/35 in my right eye which, at best, has 20/200 vision was alarming. He can’t seem to get his facts straight and he doesn’t read a patient’s chart carefully. I have always gone to Dr. Thompson and I found this Doctor quite unsatisfactory. He did not address my vision issues and I will be leaving Medical Eyes after approximately 15 years of going there.

Dr Green is extremely rude and unprofessional!!!!!He made me feel stupid for being there. I had seen him before for a PVD six months earlier and it wasn't getting better. I wanted to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong. He stormed into the room and immediately said he couldn't help me. No hello or how are you. He didn't ask me one question out even let me get a word in. He basically belittled my symptoms, and made me look like a hypochondriac for being concerned about my eye. Don't go !!

Doctor Green performed a cataract removal surgery that resulted in my temporary loss of vision. He said it would come back with treatment with eyedrops. I got a second opinion and the doctor told me I required a second surgery to "remove lens & cataract debris that was left in the eye." A few weeks after Dr. Green's surgery I had the second surgery which corrected the problem of floaters, infection and increased eye pressure, but have lost some vision because of damage to the optic nerve.

Dr. Green spent barely 5 minutes with me. The nurse/tech did most of the work and had the majority of interaction with me. I was there for a post-stroke vision eval & after explaining medications, history etc. for the chart, Dr. Green "dropped in" asked if I needed new glasses, filled out the script, & looked at my eyeballs. When I asked a question about my vision and the stroke, he was quite cavalier and said "you see fine...come back next year". I will NOT be going back to his assembly line!!

I have worn glasses since five years old. Dr. Green did my cataract surgery when I was 65. I have had perfect vision since. Now at age 70 I needed a laser procedure to remove a film from one eye. Dr. Green just performed that procedure and I, once again, have perfect vision. Dr. Green is a soft spoken gentleman. I whole heartedly recommend him to all. I especially recommend him to anyone having apprehensions about any eye procedure. His office staff is fantastic and expert at insurance.

I have been seeing Dr green for 15 years. He used to be a good dr. I go every 6 months for several common eye diseases. The last 2 years I've left the office saying I can't see as they handed me the bill and showed me the door. Dr Green ran out the room so fast, I was in mid question as he dissappeared. There is no patient education, no time for questions, basic care is nonexistent. I lost my confidence to even drive in the daytime.
