I relocated to Lubbock Texas in September and have called the office several times to have my prescription refilled in Lubbock. The staff keeps saying they will give the message to Dr Guerras nurse but its been two weeks and no contact from office staff. I am currently out of medication as of 10-8-21. Very dissappointed

Dr. Guerra was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. He was very thorough and fast. His bedside manners are outstanding and his staff was very friendly and attentive. This is the only location in McAllen that will see you at the time of your actual appointment, with no wait time which is rare nowadays.

Both Dr Guerra and his nurse Erica go above and beyond with the care they have provided for my husband. Waiting period is less than an hour even as a walk-in. We’ve been with them for over 20 years and have never been disappointed with their service.

The only thing I don't like is that he doesn't show you the results of lab work done when you go in for an annual physical. My previous dr would show me the results as to to what the normal range was and what came out on my mine. But, unfortunately my previous dr died so I had to look for another one.

My experience with Dr. Guerra was not positive. He seemed distant and unconcerned. It was a struggle to get him to expalin his diagnosis. In fact, I found out what he thought I had from the form from a test he ordered. I was surprised he didn't share what he suspected with me. If he refers you to a specialist, you need to be proactive about getting the referal and appointment. It will be a while before you receive a call from his office.
