Disappointed
One visit only. Then referred to another Physician in another practice. I have called this office every day for one week. Only to not be called back from their manager.

Stay Away
Waited 5 months for an appointment. Over 45 minutes late for first appointment of the day. Asked a couple questions and said he doesn’t know and offered no other help.

Dr Hardy...stay away from this doctor. He did the tests. I went for my exam and tests, and then he dropped me with no DIAGNOSIS and referred me elsewhere. I have to rely on Alexa for my concerns. I believe I have a terminal illness and I am forced to wait another 6 months for another doctor. The office is very very hard to reach. So I stopped by in person and I was kicked out because I had a legitimate complaint. I want to know how long I have to live, and what my diagnosis is. I wrote several letters. Dr Hardy got his money from my insurance. They don't care about me. Alexa, can you do better? Left in the dark!!!

Uncompassionate, doesn't listen
For my job, I have moved to several states and so have experience in regard to seeing/evaluation by a new neurologist; I also spent years at one of the top headache clinics in the country. Hardy showed complete lack of compassion or understanding in regard to how debilitating migraine can be. He did not ask the most basic questions pertaining to migraine such as frequency, pain levels, triggers, effect (or lack of) treatments tried, genetic history. When I tried to tell him he actually told me to stop talking! that it didn't matter. He did not want to look at the records I had brought. I left there in tears.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Hardy recently and it was a very pleasant experience. He was very attentive to hearing about my health issues. We had a good discussion and I feel like it was a very thorough visit. His nurse, Donna, was also outstanding. They both made me feel at ease. It is a pleasure to recommend Dr. Hardy.

Dr. Hardy was thorough, professional, and I felt very knowledgeable about my concerns and the care that I need in order to heal. He took the time to LISTEN before making a diagnosis. I felt at ease, and comforted that his diagnosis and treatment plan would be beneficial to me. He has a relaxed, confident disposition which lends to creditability and trust. Trust, is paramount in a good patient to doctor relationship. I would highly recommend Dr. Hardy.

I was greatly impressed with Dr. Hardy and his entire staff. I have suffered with migraines for years. Having to tell your whole story and seeing a new neurologist can be daunting. Dr. Hardy made me feel heard. Dr Hardy is thorough and compassionate. I am a physician myself and I could chose any provider and I choose Dr Hardy.

Dr. Hardy is always a pleasure to go and see. He greats you with a smile every time. He takes the time to speak with you to see how you are doing, how you feel things are going and explains things in a manner that you can easily understand. His nurse is a pleasure to to be with also. She is very kind and thoughtful. They are a great team. I always recommend Dr. Hardy to people as well as Dr. Harris. Those 2 are the best in my opinion that anyone could have as their doctors.

Great doctor. Will sit & explain everything in detail if you don't understand something or will get you in & out if it's just a follow-up and there's nothing new you need to discuss.
