Dr. Hunt saved my life 14 years ago. He is a caring compassionate doctor with an excellent bed side manner. He put my mind at ease on this last appointment which was Tuesday, April 16th. His staff was very friendly and there was only a 5 minute wait time.

Literally have been in agony due to dysmotility of my colon and needing urgent surgery. Saw him 2 months ago and got testing done and was thrown off by his secretary saying I suddenly don't need surgery. Twice I spoke to her and asked to talk to him directly because that made no sense, he himself said I needed surgery. Turns out, he calls me 2 weeks later to say he must have been looking at the wrong chart and I do need surgery but surprise! He's leaving in 2 months. Wasted my time and energy, I am beyond furious with this practitioner

My encounter with Dr. Hunt started from early Oct 2023 to Jan 2024. 1 office visit with analscopy exam.1 visit for the Fistulotomy surgery.2 follow up visit so far.He's very professional and calm, friendly but not overly friendly. I did my research on the types of surgery I may receive, and asked him about each in details and he explained to me patiently with graphics. He didn't seem to going to go through detail before I asked though. On the day of surgery, I expressed that I'd prefer Fistulotomy as it has the highest success rate but still up to his decision on the spot, after I woke up from anesthesia, he told me he operated Fistulotomy, it went well and he left.My recovery was not as terrible as I expected, I stop taking painkillers after day 3. It was never that painful.Overall it took me two full months to recover, on the longer side. But now I'm healed but there's still that 5% if I don't take care of my body. So still need to take care of my health more than before.

I found Dr. Hunt to be professional, caring, excellent bedside manner and friendly office staff. Dr. Hunt and his staff made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Hunt!

I have not had my surgery yet, but Dr. Hunt took time to explain about the two surgery options, what he recommended me and what to expect in recovery. I feel confident about going into the surgery as he seems very knowledgable and professional.

Dr Hunt provided excellent care. I had surgery three months ago. I am fully recovered and my condition is completely resolved, due to his skill as a surgeon. Dr. Hunt clearly presented my options and did not pressure me to do anything. His staff and especially his nurse talked to me a few times in the days after surgery and provided very very helpful advice.

Excellent. Staff were polite and nice. Dr.Hunt explained procedure and next steps. He quickly contacted my regular doctor after the procedure to share result and discuss next steps which I appreciated.

He communicated in a way that I could understand all the issues of my illness. I felt I was protected under his care, and I’m so thankful for having him as my doctor.
