The doctor released me from care after being a patient for years because there was mix ups on ultra sound appointments. I was called by the office manager to change appointments more than several times , asking if I could come that day. Another I cancelled due to illness but she didn’t get the message. Of course this was all my doing according to HER. Rude office manager. Rude doctor and not thorough at all in answering my concerns. Dropped from care for missing an ultra sound that was rescheduled and then offered 2 to 3 options to come prior. On my last cancellation I called to cancel! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL during the time of a pandemic and I don’t recommend this dr at all. Also took poor care of my mom when she was alive. I recommend finding a doctor who actually cares and understands when things were a bit rough for everyone in March 2020. The. Made a big deal and said I’d have to pay per page for my records! Unreal. Unprofessional. Unwilling to admit their mistakes as well!

I will not go to anyone else. A real professional and doesnt waste your time with any unecessary tests unless you really need them. He is a wonderful Dr.

Dr. Landolphi is a gem. He has treated members of my family with respect, intelligence, and kindness. I recently brought my mother to see him and he was able to explain everything to her completely and gently. He never seems exasperated at additional questions or repeating an answer. Plus the hi tech gadgets he has gave us pretty cool visuals of what was happening. The staff was warm and friendly and very efficient. it feels like everyone working there is happy to be there - and that makes a huge difference in the overall feeling when you walk in. Thank you.
