Dr. Margolin.. Terrible !!!! I had got sent to the hospital for appendicitis. He acted like he didn’t care and too busy to spend even 2 min of his time to actually take care of me. I have a high pain tolerance and punished for it . Spent 5 days in the hospital treated by antibiotics, ran unnecessary test on me not one for my appendix!! And didn’t remove my appendix, so after 5 days of not getting better he said I could go home, I was still sick and no better !! Charged me $17,500. 00 for a 2 min visit a day. So being discharged I go see a new surgeon and finally get surgery to know my appendix has been ruptured this whole time. Maybe if Dr Margolin would Have cared I wouldn’t have spent 9 days in another hospital !!! I wouldn’t ever see him and telling everyone don’t go to him. I’m Thankful I’m alive not because of his poor medical care. I Feel so sorry for any of his patients.

Didn't spend much time with me, my co-pay was expensive but I barely got 5 minutes of his time. He may be a good surgeon but he doesn't come across as a caring person. As it was not an emergency I decided to take a few months to consider my options. When I decided to go ahead with the surgery he said I needed to come back to the office again for another 5 minutes and another $50 before actually scheduling surgery which adds extra stress financially.

Dr. Margolin is a serious surgeon, who knows his craft. Though he was behind schedule due to a previous surgery than too longer than allotted, he did not rush mine, but rather stayed late into the evening, repairing more than the single hernia that was on the agenda. This for my benefit, alone; he did not benefit from taking the extra time and care.

I have had two appointments with Dr. Margolin both of which he seemed less inclined to spend time with me to make sure I understood my condition and treatment, but rather how quickly he could get on to the next patient. During my surgical procedure appointment I was not given proper explanation of what to expect and what he would be doing or a proper after care explanation. Instead I was left alone in a room by myself shaking about to pass out from the painful procedure.

Dr.Margolin is wonderful. If it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't be here. He saved my life!
