Dr. Medic is a wonderful doctor and I have been going to him my entire childhood and adult life. He's never in a rush and talks to you at length about anything you need. He's the best and one of the nicest human beings I've ever met.

I have been a patient of Dr Medic's for 20 years. He is a great doctor who is not in a hurry to hear what ails you. He takes the time to listen and give his educated opinion. I am not coming to see the office staff, I drive 45 minutes to see HIM. Yes the staff needs a strong office manager. The wait times can be up to an hour, calls and prescriptions need to be followed up on. In my opinion I would rather see Dr Medic vs the PA.

Never had the chance to see this doctor, but his office staff were very unprofessional, and never called me back to make an appointment even though I filled out all the required paperwork and had my records sent over very quickly. I was supposed to follow up with a doctor after I was miss-diagnosed with pneumonia. Ended up having to wait until spring break to see my family PCP who ordered scans which eventually lead to my diagnoses of stage 4 lymphoma. Thanks to the negligence of his office staff, my disease had only spread further and further throughout my body, and required longer and stronger regimens of treatment

I was very disappointed in the office staff. I took my 82 yr old mother in for a first visit with Dr. Medic. She waited over 10 minutes standing in front of the frosted window before anyone acknowledged her. We did not dare tap on the window at the request of a sign. Once someone did acknowledge her, she was sent away because she did not have her pill bottles. We never did see Dr. Medic & will not because we will not return. The staff appears to care more about their policies than patient care.

if you schedule an appointment leave yourself about 2 hrs. waited 1.5 hrs in waiting room for a checkup If you have tests run outside of the office. don't expect the office to call with your results. If you expect a courteous and friendly staff you won't see it here much better family doctors out there would not recommend this one....

Dr Medic might be a good doctor, but his staff and officer manager are not!!!! My Father who is 89 years old and a WWII veteran went for an appointment and they turned him away because he did not have the actual bottles with his medication in them! He lives with us and is mentally more intelligent than this staff, He always carries his list with him and I take care of his medications. They really do not care about the patient.
