Dr Meshoto gives me the feel of a small town family physician. He was very friendly and professional. He made me feel at ease as I normally do not like going to the doctors office. He recently joined Esse Health and his office ran very smoothly with no waiting once checked in. I was brought back to room and as soon as the medical assistant left, Dr Meshoto was in the room in less than 5 minutes. His front desk was smiling, and you could tell they are all happy to be there.

Dr Meshoto has stopped caring about his patients and let his office manager Sharon offend his patients. I have been billed incorrectly. I am in the process of appeals and contacting the Attorney Generals Office. I recommend anyone with the the same problem to the same. They were very interested.

Really like Dr Meshoto. He is compassionate and accomodating. Not sure why bad reviews on staff, but every time i need a quick appointment for an illness, Janice does what she can to work me in, then is polite when I show up. Even when ill, a smile and politeness works both ways.

I had a problem with my bill but both the receptionist and the office manager were rude and combative with me. Sharon the office manager said "Your whole family comes here but we only have a problem with you." And then she hung up the phone. I won't be back.
