I was being seen for probable infectious process and/or mets. Not good news either way. Got an appt for initial visit w/i 4 days of PET scan procedure! Dr Murphy showed me my actual scans, took time to review the very weird circumstances and history, explained in detail his interpretations, answered questions I did not even know I had. Excellent clinician. Stellar reputation, well deserved. Then scheduled a bronchoscopy w/i 2 days of my initial visit to obtain tissue samples. Waiting is usually the most difficult for me and this is care delivery fast tracked! So grateful.
