Arrogant and self centered
Musser was very smug rude and arrogant on both of my visits. He acts like you should be honored to be in his presence and does not take into account anyone’s views but his shallow opinions. Do NOT go to this “Dr”

If there is a good review it is because Dr. Musser wrote it himself. One of the most arrogant, deaf doctors i ever met. Be warned.

Had an appointment at 9am tomorrow- got a call tonight at 8pm “sorry- you were a client of Dr. cox? We can’t see you - sorry we didn’t tell you 4 days ago” - will be finding a new PCF - you would think the location would retain your records but guess not

Dr. Musser took the time to discuss my concerns and explain treatment options. I never felt rushed or that he was just trying to satisfy me and move on quickly to the next patient. Very knowledgeable about modern medicinal trends.

Beyond the most sincere and knowledgeable Dr! I've chosen Dr. Musser as my primary because I basically dislike all others compared to him. He called me on a Sunday to check up on me. He actually listens and understands what and how I feel. He is the only Dr who talks to me and actually talks to me, looks me in the eyes, and is not focused on just making a dollar. He has set the bar high. I will go to him for everything possible before seeing any one else!
