Doctor Impossible to See
I wish I could weigh in on what it's like to receive care from this Doctor, but unfortunately all I can weigh in on is how unbelievably-absurdly difficult it is to get care from him, and honest how jerked around I felt after over a year of trying to get in with him.First in foremost getting insurance on your side to approve care is difficult.Second getting the front desk people the documents they need from your primary care is a serious struggle for reasons unknown. Third staff on the phone is often very unfriendly, but this varies depending on who you get. Fourth getting past the front desk to Perez is insanely difficult, because of the required proof of 'conservative care.' Fifth he may make you see additional specialists that are difficult to schedule with.Sixth (in my case) he delayed me with the above until they stopped taking my insurance, wasting about a year of my life while in a state of extreme discomfort. I met one of his patients, seems like a talented doctor?

Horrible surgeon
Dr. Perez along with Dr. Brown preformed a major facial reconstruction in 2019. The procedure left me botched with a mid palatial collapse and failed bone grafts. I am now disfigured and have nasal blockage that makes it difficult to breath. Dr. Perez was not concerned with the major pain my surgery caused. I had to beg for pain management after they botched my operation and left me in severe pain. Dr. Perez has zero compassion for his patients.

I really liked Dr. Perez but trying to get in to see him is NOT EASY! Hoping communication gets better as the surgical date gets closer. It took me 40 MINUTES on HOLD just to speak to a person & that was after leaving 3 messages (I did give 2 days for a response to my messages so I feel that I'm not being ridiculous). All his reviews are good but I think he is suffering from poor office support.

Dr. Daniel Perez will be doing my double jaw reconstruction on May4, 2018. Dr. Perez is excellent. When he told me my jaws would not be wired,, I was elated. I would highly recommend Dr. Perez to anyone needing jaw reconstruction!
