Dr. Phillipson has quite the ego, and was not good with communication, raised his voice a few times. I was a complaint, patient, who did not complain or call him often at all. He is more about insisting on a lot of tests to cover for himself. He was unable to affirmatively diagnose my condition and I was left hanging and fearing the worst for a long time. My new cardiologist instantly knew what was going on and put me at ease about my condition. What a relief it is that my new doctor is kind, listens and knows what he is doing.
