I've been going to Dr. Ragone for the past 15 years. He's one of the few docs who really listens and tries all possible options. I have a disease that causes chronic pain, and I can't imagine dealing with the pain without his treatments. He's a genuinely nice person who clearly cares about his patients.

Honestly, far from the greatest doctor appointment. First I see the assistance who just tells me my back hurts because I need to stretch more, then gives me a list of things to buy, HUNDREDS of dollars worth by the way, including a seat I should take with me everywhere I go. Get out of here. Then the doctor just injects novacaine under my skin - does nothing for me - and I get an uncovered bill for over $500 because he "performed an office surgery" ... WHAT?!?! Never going back.

I could not in good conscience recommend this doctor. I arrived in excruciating hip pain, spent 30 wasted min. being shown exercises to do by his employees, only to be told I can't actually do them until they find out what is wrong with my hip! Another 20 min. later, the doc comes in, never examines my hip (just turns my leg), gives me a script for an x-ray, pain pills, a nerve blocker and tells me to come back in 5 weeks! Another doc found my problem in 25 minutes, gave me the shot and done

Dr Ragone is one of those rare Doctors that listens to patients. He is compassionate, and is definitely the best doctor in the area treating physical medicine patients. Have been seeing him for over 15yrs. He has transformed my life from being bedridden to being able to spend quality time with my family and friends as a normal individual.
