I had a procedure done last year with Dr. Richardson. His staff was great and he was amazing. I had no complications.

I highly recommend this doctor for any of your needs. It was a great experience from the start. Elaine fit me in for an emergency consultation and Dr. Richardson did the procedure the same day. Elaine and everyone followed up with me the next day and a few days later to make sure I was ok. It was my first visit and they made me feel like I had been there for years. If I could give 10 stars I would.

My son had surgery-collar bone 8/8/2014. The doctor's bed side manner was a bit too insensitive. He seemed too much about herding us through as just another patient rather than really listening and caring for my son. My son has healed. I am glad he is doing better. But another issue is their billing/collections department are terrible. They do not have clear billing and do not listen. Rather they argue and deny, especially after a year after the treatment. Stay away!
