Well I had surgery in 2021 supposedly issues with my neck. He implants screws and metal plate to my neck. Then 2022 he sent me for a needle test and said I needed another surgery because supposedly I had a colapse in my cervical. Well I have been since these 2 surgeries in the worse condition and the pain is unbearable. Sent me for another needle test where I was asked why I had 2 surgeries if both of my test have been negative to any spinal damage. So go figure I have 2 unnecessary procedures for no reason. Will never trust this Dr or set foot in any office he is at.

He was hired by an insurance company to determine my injury. He concluded I didn’t need any medical intervention and I was fine, even though I had back surgery and a spinal cord stimulator implanted. He told me to take an aspirin. He never even touched me.

Amazing
I was having severe neck pain, went to see Dr. Robertson and he was awesome. He did a C4,C5,C5-6 fusion and I don’t have any pain now. His bedside manner was awesome and he explained everything to me. His staff is amazing and Victoria was very caring and knowledgeable about the surgery. I had this surgery in 2020 and still no pain. He made me feel important. What he did for me by bringing me out of pain I can never repay him.

Surprisingly caring, for a surgeon
Dr Robertson came across as very competent when I consulted him about my MRI results. He performed surgery one month later and I was pain free for the first time in five months. He was very attentive to me and my family before and after surgery.

Thank you so much for the excellent rating! :)

I have had 4 spine surgeries, 2 of which were performed by Dr. Robertson. a laminectomy was performed in 2/20 and in 11/20 a fusion. Prior to the fusion, I asked Dr. Robertson what the success rate is,he said 80%. I had the fusion on 11/14/20. I have the worse pain now than ever before. After this operation I never spoke to him, only to his PA, Nancy, who has much empathy as a clam. Being in much pain 4 months after the operation, I found out that the more spine operations you have the success rate drops to 40% or lower. This is called Failed Back Surgery Syndrome (FBSS). Knowing I had 3 prior operations, why didn't he tell me the truth about the success rate and FBSS?? So this doctor withheld information and lied to me about the success rate. If I had known the truth about this operation I NEVER WOULD HAVE had it. I contacted a lawyer and he said "the law is on the side of the doctor" NO RECOURSE! If you are looking for a neurosurgeon call Dr Karuppia....Robertson is a liar!!!

What an amazing surgeon and all-around great person Dr Daniel Robertson is. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and hold a great deal of confidence in their leader. I was very well cared for and reassured throughout the whole process of what a great surgeon I was dealing with. Thank you Dr Robertson and Victoria for making my decision and this whole ordeal a wonderful experience full of patience and care. I knew from the very start I was in the hands of a capable and well experienced surgeon. I can't say "Thank You" enough...again Thank you from the bottom of my heart

I went to Dr. Robertson with a disc that has 2 MRI's. He walked me out to a computer where one young lady was back there with us, but she was doing something else. Another yound lady was on the other side as Dr.Robertson showed me one of the MRI's. He then stars i don't see anything thing wrong. I looked and said ok. I know I'm not hurting for nothing but you are the professional. Later went back to rehabilitation med Dr as well as pain management. Rehab Meds Doc informed me that Dr.Robertson stated in notes i denied surgical procedure! Pain management sent me right back. I asked for copies of the records from my Rehab Meds Doc as well as has them send a copy to Dr.Roberson's office and then I go back to Dr.Roberston's office. I politely asked why was i ied on and words were documented that i did not say! Well, I called a neurosurgeon and 3 weeks later Feb 2020 I had a lumbar fusin due to retrolesthesis of 5mm(an MRI Dr.Robertson didn't look at) My cervical procedure this year.

In November of 2118 Dr. Robertson did a laminectomy on my spine. After the surgery he came to my room and got very defensive saying no doctor can guarantee you that surgery will work. They did an MRI and I was told that I would go back into surgery and be opened up again as I had blood clots that needed to be flushed out. Here it is 1 year later and I am still in a lot of pain. My neurologist told me I was lucky as I could have lost both legs as a result of the blood clots. I could not recommend Dr, Robertson to anyone. He is a poor representation of a neurosurgeon. His bedside manor is terrible. His PA is not any better. DO NOT let this man do any type of surgery on your back.

I am so happy I picked Dr. Robertson to perform my back surgery. From my first appointment I was impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. He explained everything to me in an easy to understand manner, and gave me my options. Happily I decided on the surgery. I feel as if my active life was given back to me. No more pain!! Thanks Dr Robertson and support staff.

I found Dr. Robertson as a 2nd opinion for surgery. He quickly became my first choice and I am extremely glad. I am 3 months out of surgery and have not felt this good in 5-7 years. Had I met Dr. Robertson earlier I might not have endured all the pain I was experiencing. I am extremely pleased with the results of the surgery, with my recovery and with the experience of working with Dr. Robertson. He is a no nonsense Dr., extremely knowledgeable and a skilled surgeon.

Outstanding care. First surgeon of many that carefully went over my present meds and stated when I could restart each one. Third surgery on my back over the past 16 years. This time, 2,3,4 right laminotomy. Mobile right after surgery. Able to walk normally the next day. Am 80 years old so some surgeons would not take on my case.

Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dotor to anyone for a loved one or even a pet for that matter. Absolutely the worst bed side manner and communication skills I've seen from a doctor and his P.A.and office staff. The lack of compassion and communication skills are beyond what words can describe. They act as if you are an inconvenience for them and will reply to your requests and questions whenever they seem fit, not in a professional or timely manner at all. My advise RUN and look elsewhere!

Dr.Robertson verbally gave me his very negative assessment of chiropractors. I was not there to get his opinion on chiropractors. The consult with him was "a small focal left paracentral disc protrusion L5,S1,impinging on the traversing left SI nerve root." He showed compassion by scheduling me for discectomy on an off sx.day. I chose not to have the sx. with him. He also "badmouthed" the radiologist who gave me the steroid injection.Very unprofessional comment.
