Dr. Daniel Sainburg, DO

I just cancelled my 4th appointment with Dr Sainburg. I don't need my doctors to be warm and fuzzy, but I do expect them to be proffesional and have a modicum of compassion. After 6 months of PT I made a follow up appointment. The Dr spoke very fast told me he would perform a series of 3 injections, the last being a radio frequency abelation. I asked him to repeat what the first 2 injections were and he said ' you can look it up on the internet ' He quickly gave me pre and post procedure instructions. I told him I had some memory issues and would I get a print out with the instructions. He replied 'No! This is important and you need to remember. He spent less than 2 minutes with me. I got a recommendation for another pain specialist but they were in the same practice, OrthoNJ. The new doctor refused to take me as a new patient. OrthoNJ is a factory. I can't speak to the other doctors there, but I will never go back.

The most uncaring, arrogant doctor I have ever met and I have been to a lot of physicians as I am 80 years old. I am disappointed that he is with Brielle Orthopedics. Also, if you have had an appointment with one doctor, you cannot see another one with the same specialty, If I had known this, I would have made an appointment with one of the more experienced, well known doctors. The practice is enormous. I was in pain and took a chance on Sainburg as it was the first appointment I could get. When in pain, you do what you have to do. He also called in a prescription for the same one that my primary care was already prescribing,obviously not looking at my record. I was late for my 1st appointment due to an accident on the parkway and he spent much time lecturing me on how my being late affected his practice and his other patients and walked out the door telling me he was ordering MRIs. I think he chose the wrong field,
