Dr. Shade and I discussed my sleep apnea. He answered all of my questions and then we discussed my options for treatment. He provided me with options, but did not push me into a decision. He listened to my concerns and suggestions. We agreed on an approach knowing that we can try other treatment options if necessary. Dr. Shade was attentive, polite and answered all of my questions. I saw Dr Shade at one of their newer locations at 8950 Duncan Avenue. A spacious and clean environment with free parking.

You don’t get much face time with Dr Shade it’s mostly with his residents then they report to him then you get to talk to him. He doesn’t explain things overly well, even when questions are asked. His office staff is also condescending. If you have questions about medication they will chastise you for not “just taking it”. He seems to push that people are depressed without even having a convo about it. It happened to myself and also someone else I know that saw him. Your medical notes in my chart don’t necessarily match the convo had with dr shade.
