I have been very pleased with Dr. Shinner and, really, his entire office staff. An example from today was their fitting in my mom (his patient) when she called with a new cough. I know they can’t always do this, but we really appreciated it. Their front desk staff is efficient and nice. We have also dealt with his excellent female PA (very kind and informative). MA and nurse (I think she’s a nurse?) also great. In my elderly mom’s words, “Well he tries his best to fix me.” Haha.

I felt disrespected and poorly listened to. I felt he never addressed my questions and concerns. When I asked for more information about assessments, he was annoyed that I was asking so many questions and told me "that if I didn't agree with his diagnoses that I should go and consult with someone else". So I did!!!!! The sleep study lab is awful and I had two terrible experiences in there. Don't go there! To get another doctor in that practice, you have to go on a 3 month waiting list!
