Dismal. Walked in appearing to have made assumptions about my case. Hardly listened. Tried to explain symptoms that are all interconnected, you know, ear, nose, throat, sinus.. and he had the audacity to say 'oh, I don't deal with that. You will need a different specialist'. I could not believe it. Zero interest. Zero imagination. Walked out never to return. You run into these kinds of doctors who for whatever reason just don't present interest. This was one.

I had a 3.7 cm basil cell and squamous carcinoma on my parotid artery. basically at the end of my jaw beneath my ear. surgery took about 4 hours to remove the tumor. I could of lost feeling in the left part of my face if Dr Smith had made the wrong move. due to his skill that did not happen. I'm now doing 30 radiation treatments headed to full recovery. Dr Smith is a excellent skilled surgeon and I am forever in his debt for what he did for me.

Talking over me, didn’t read chart notes. Went in for vertigo and clogged ear and didn’t even look in my ear. He was more worried about trying to sell me hearing aids

I cannot say enough good about Dr Smith. When my primary care doctor was very lax on my condition, Dr Smith was aggressive and very knowledgeable that may possibly saved my life! He is a very concerned and friendly doctor that takes things a little more personal and concerning than many others. Thank you Dr. Smith!!

I went to see Dr Smith for a severe saliva and sinus problem. Dr. Smith was the first doctor to show more than a casual look at a swollen gland in my neck. A non invasive biopsy was ordered by Dr Smith on the lymph nodes underneath the gland. It was determined that a Lymphoma cancer was present. I am very grateful for his contribution to the discovery of my illness, which is treatable.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Smith for several years and for a variety of issues. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, and engaging. It’s reassuring to me that he lays out a “roadmap” to explain the problem and the variety of treatment options available. He takes his time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explain processes and treatments. I feel that my appointments with him are time well spent. It’s clear to me that Dr. Smith cares about his patients. For me, his treatments and recommendations have been spot on and have improved my health and quality of life.

In my opinion, this practice is more focused on selling hearing aids than treating the problem that I needed to be seen for. I won't return.

Dr. Smith took excellent care of our son for his tonsillectomy. Very thorough, attentive and caring. Did not rush into surgery but helped make the best decision at the best times. Highly recommended for his professionalism, personality, and clinical skills.

Everything ran smoothly, and just as we the knew the ear damage had not changed.

Dr. Smith is a wonderful ENT guy. I went to see him for my allergy/sinus issues. He discovered that not only did I have a deviated septum, but also one of my 'nasal filters' was oversized. He encouraged me to let him fix it surgically. I consider this one of my smarter decisions in life. He did a wonderful job. I actually noticed in the surgery recovery room that my breathing was easier! Instant difference! I'm talking like night and day. The man knows his stuff. He's skilled, caring and knowledgeable. I could not be happier.

Dr. Smith did a GREAT job fixing my deviated septum. Very good at what he does.

My experience was good. But I still have my problem--nosebleeds now about every other morning. This is mess and a nuisance... Peace.

The Dr. was very precise and did his job I think he was pressed for time.

Dr.Smith removed my tonsils and abscess that was in my throat he did an awesome job and I thank him he is my hero.
