Dr. Southern saved me from excruciating back pain
I have suffered with RA from a young age and had lost hope on anything groundbreaking with the ability to help. Reaching for a pain pill first thing in the morning had become just part of my routine. Then I decided to have PRP done on my spine, from my thoracic vertebrae through my lumbar vertebrae. Relief from the pain came in the first week after receiving PRP and continues to get better with every passing week. Dr. Southern and his staff are incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and responsive. I will definitely be going back to have PRP in my cervical vertebrae and anywhere else deemed appropriate by Dr. Southern. This is one of the best decisions I have ever made! Thank you Dr. Southern!

Dr. Southern Helped My Knee To Heal
I did a PRP treatment recently by Dr. Southern. I had the procedure before and it worked in the past. I wasn’t sure what to expect this time around but was very happy with the results. My knee is in much better shape and not feeling like it’s getting out of place. I am so happy... what a difference! Dr. Southern is a true professional who knows what he is doing. His staff is top notch too. Highly recommended!

Hamstring Repair
My son tore hi shamstring pretty severely. Being a high level athlete we wanted him to heal 100% as quickly as possible. We opted for stem cell therapy and PRP injections. They outcomewas like magic. Recovery time almost to the day Dr Southern predicted and literally 6-8 months faster than just letting nature take its course. Would highly recommend to anyone with a potential soft tissue injury.

Life-changing results!
I first was seen by another orthopedic doctor, who sent me to a orthopedic surgeon, after hearing that my rotator cuff was severely damaged and that shoulder replacement was my only option. A good friend of mine recommended looking into Regenexx treatments, as their friend in AZ had great success with his shoulder. I searched the web and found Dr. Daniel Southern who was part of the Regenexx team and was located near me in Connecticut. After getting an appointment quickly with Dr. southern and discussing his Regenexx treatment, I became convinced and reassured that this was my best option, rather than risky, invasive surgery using artificial parts. After only 2 weeks of healing from the procedure I had already noticed a huge difference in mobility (I had lost 95% of it). My shoulder continued to improve by the day, until I regained almost total mobility. It has now been 3 years since my procedure, and every day I am grateful for Dr. Southern’s life-changing help! Thank you

Doctor spelled the name of a common joint incorrectly many times. He told me that his stem cell procedure would fix many of the orthopedic issues I was having but when I got a second opinion, I learned that was literally impossible. Very expensive procedure, you must pay before getting treatment, insurance is not accepted. Please do your research before using this doctor.

Excellent physician
Outstanding! I was very impressed with Dr. Southern. I spent 30+ years in EMS and I am very particular about the doctors I see. Dr. Southern took a considerable amount of time examining me. He did not rush at all and was very thorough. Dr. Southern felt confident that he could relieve my back pain ( A result of my EMS career) which is preventing me from sleeping at night and had me scheduled for a MRI which I just completed yesterday. I will be scheduling my follow up visit very soon.

One of the most arrogant doctors around. He couldn't make it in Hollywood but will try and cash in on your body should you let him. The reason second opinions were invented.

Dr. Southern is a God send. I suffered for months with sciatica from herniated discs . I finally went to Dr. Southern who was in the same group with my Ortho and within days I was pain free. Love him.

I have been coming to Dr, Southern for at least 10 years. He has kept my pain levels manageable through very accurate steroid shots, pain medicines, and physical therapy for arthritis, broken bones, and spinal stenosis and many disc issues. He sometimes is in a big hurry and only likes to focus on one issue at a time. Other times, he stays longer and explains what is going. happening to my body. He is personable and mostly cheerful. He is very good at pin pointing the cause of pain. He shows me respect for my consistent handling of my pain management. He shows interests in my activities.
