Horrible and Incompetent customer care
Telehealth
They are never on time for appointments and their prescreening is supposed to be 24 hrs in advance, but they are 50/50 with actually doing that. They are impossible to get a hold of and never call back even when they promise to do so. They also always mess up sending over prescriptions to my pharmacy as well. I don’t recommend using them.

Gave the wrong dose of medication. Just the worst doctor and person I’ve ever seen before. Completely incompetent. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Had a 10:30 appointment and he called me at 9:29 while I was still asleep and so I didn’t answered and he just never called back.

Compass Health Systems The policy for the pre screening the day before the appointment (by phone) is cruel. They do not make appointments for the day before. I do not know when they will call. I work so I cannot always answer the phone. If you do not do the pre-screening, they either cancel your next day appointment or call you late. I take off from work for these appointments. This is for psych medicine refills. If I do not get the phone call I do not get my meds! Appointment availability is scarce. I schedule months ahead of time. Appointments are done by phone (telehealth). They never give time if you have a concern. Conversations last about three minutes. They are greedy and do not really help. Dr Daniel Stein Lifshitz is the worst. Arrogant. Uncaring. Does not listen.

Horrible quality of care!!
This office is so incompetent he should lose his license. I’ve spoken to him 3 times in 2 years and 2 of them were the past month. He told me that he has spoken to me 4 times about weaning me off this medicine that I was on for 14 years. I have only spoken to his PA’s and never him except for one time. (In 2022) He is lying about the times we have spoken and good thing I have the emails to prove the incompetence of this office..! there is so much more!!! Run far away from this office. He didn’t have any clue I went to nursing school and passed pharmacology. This is truly disheartening so keep advocating for yourself. Don’t expect this Doctor to care!! Lol wow!

He’s terrible. Rude, condescending, and doesn’t even listen to you. Agreed with whoever else said he was completely useless.

Professional and Follows Up
I have had 3 appointments with Dr Stein. The 1st was disorganized by his staff and I was not hopeful on his care and decided to give them another try. Glad I did. The professionalism and expertise in listening to me, in depth conversations including options to attain desired solutions. He requests specific tests and goes continues the extra mile to address my needs.
