Great care from one of their Nurse Practitioners
Get in quicker, see their Nurse Practitioner Stephanie Newberry Angell, you can't find better care than her. She, unlike most of her peers, Listens To You, the patient. She takes extra care to carefully explain your sitiuation. Check her credentials out on their website, her's are Outstanding. I will do all possible to have her take care of any of my future ENT needs. Thank you Stephanie. My mother was a RN for 35 years, I KNOW how it's supposed to be done. So does Stephanie.

Allergy test and medical appointment
Having an allergy test by going trough almost 50 shoots and lot of pain for that will certainly gives some expectations of getting relieved by allergies in the future but after being told that I had a severe allergy to orange and mango tree pollen and my veils were going to be that by a PA that worked in neurology before made me get up and leave that clinic, especially where I live in the city and I’m not even close to any of those trees even though my nose is always clogged. they told me to wait for Dr. Sullivan but after 1 hour I decided to leave and tell them that I was going to report them to HEALTH FIRST. Not a physical check or anything just a bunch of senseless information that leads to nothing. It looks likes all they want to do is to charge their illogical services to your health insurance. Lots of pain and waste of my time.

Ok guy, smiles, however if you have more then a nose bleed you are in trouble here. No compassion or direction. I honestly think he isn't into his job that much. I was told basically to suck it up. Fortunately, found the right doctors and am fine now. He said my situation was permanent.

Dr. Sullivan took me in as a new patient when I was having difficulty with my throat. I was able to get in the same day as I called which is unlikely. Dr. Sullivan was thorough and listened to what I had to say. He ordered tests which were all completed within a week, again unlikely. I had answers much faster than I thought possible. My experience has been fantastic. Great Doctor and staff. Highly recommend

I was late for my appt. and was told I couldn't be seen. First time visit and had trouble finding the place. Very rude appt. lady. Never told me my appt. would be canceled if I was late, never offered to have me wait and be seen later. Such a disappointment from people who are supposed to be caring!

In my experience with doctors, Dr. Sullivan is great and I would highly recommend him. I called in the morning with a persistent ear infection and was given an appt. the same day at 2:20. He spent more time with me, explaining my problem, than I would have ever expected, even though I was "fit in" his busy schedule.

when i went for my first post cancer check up the doctor didn't even look at me and explained that my form of cancer was not treatable and he gave me only 3 years to live..i left quite shaken ..had no bedside manner whatsoever and no regard for my feelings..i went to Johns Hopkins..would never go to Dr. Sullivan again. If there were a no star rating i would put that down instead of even the one..

Two Month wait for an appointment. I spent more time talking with the Receptionist checking in for my appointment than I did with Dr. Sullivan. The exam, consultation, and treatment recommendation took less than three minutes, and left me with no real understanding of what the treatment was, or how effective it may or may not be. All I got out of him was that it can take weeks, and weeks, and weeks. and weeks, and weeks and weeks, before we know if it's working. And he was actually laughing
