Dr. Daniel Vogel, DO

I had arthritis in my shoulder and he did my surgery. He listens to me. I needed a bad knee replacement redone from anther dr and he referred me to Eberhart in same office . That went wonderful as well. Staff is always good. Dr. Vogel explains everything to me . I have arthritis in all my joints and he does explain what's going on when I go in and different options.

Terrible office manager, terrible communication, don’t care, don’t answer calls or return messages, hangs up on you, don’t care if your in pain, don’t listen to your opinions, canceled surgery 2 days before. Never be treated so poorly or seen such lack of urgency, care, empathy! Wish we read the reviews before we got this far now have to start all over! Messed up our family, lives, jobs! Never been so upset and disappointed! (Stay away Dr. Vogel and Office Manager Liz)

TERRIBLE!! READ THIS!! STAY AWAY! I have never been treated so bad by a doctor or anyone for that matter. The office staff especially the manager are rude, heartless, and incompetent to say the least. DO NOT SEND DAMILY TO THIS DR, find a place who actually cares about your condition and value your concerns. TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!

I needed a new knee I thought. Dr Vogel said a partial would be a good choice. I went with the recommendation and that was a mistake. May of 2022 the operation was done and then reopened 2 more times, lastly in Sept 2022 with a full new knee. They now, recently say I am on my way to recovery But???? I can only hope and pray.3 other doctors saw the Xrays and said they see errors, Changed Doc's but still hoping for recovery.

I was in the office for over 2.5 hours and saw Dr Vogel for about 3 minutes total, during which time he spoke AT me about what he assumed was going on (“just a shoulder sprain”). After my MRI report came in I was called and TOLD what would happen with my treatment, having no say or opinion in the matter (even though that treatment plan wasn’t a feasible option for me, but they never gave me a chance to even tell them that). This is when I sought a second opinion, which led to a next day surgery for a labrum tear, extreme frozen shoulder, and bicep tendon tear. So much for that “shoulder sprain”… Do not waste your time or money with this “doctor”, and avoid the risk of making your problem worse. Find someone else!

What is wrong with doctors or maybe doctors offices. You have a person who is in extreme pain and told to reach out to you and they spend at least a week try to get hold of. When they finally do get hold of your office the staff disconnects from them. I have read so many reviews on this office and as a doctor your tops but your office staff is terrible. I would be inclined to agree when you have someone who is so desperate because they are in so much pain and then get treated so poorly. What is this world coming to? Where is the compassion? It disappeared!!!!!! I am only leaving this as a review because I can’t get hold of you any other way!!!

My first major surgery - Achilles rupture. Everything ran without one hitch, from surgery to last follow up. Thanks to the whole team getting me back on my feet and on the road to full recovery.! Sincerely, GL

After spending close to 3 hours he spent 5 minutes with me, over billed my insurance, The people that work there don't look very happy. Wouldn't recommend, it's a money hunger practice.
