Don't waste your time or his
Went for a consultation about knee pain which had been resolved prior to coming. I was still very interested in the procedure available. He was condescending and not helpful at all. Don't waste your time with him. He will certainly make you feel like you are wasting his.

VES exam
The Dr didn’t listen and I didn’t examine anything. I was in the room for maybe 15 minutes while he just typed away. He asked very few question and doubted everything I said. He also decided to mess with my other evaluations that had already been done.

This man is a contractor for Veteran Evaluations Services. If you have a C&P exam with this "Doctor" reschedule at all costs. Exams are cursory and inadequate. He appears to rely on his "expertise" rather than following standardized testing requirements as required by the VA. Records are not thoroughly reviewed before, during, or after the exam. Since my exam with Dr. Williams, I have seen three separate Orthopedic Doctors. What Dr. Williams dismissed as a sprained ankle in my exam has been diagnosed as chronic injuries to the achilles, peroneal tendons and torn/ruptured ankle ligaments. All three Ortho Doctors recommended surgery within 10 minutes of examination. I would only recommend Dr. Williams to my worst enemy, and then only if they did not care about their future quality of life.
