They made a bad situation easy to deal with. They operated on my knee and shoulder. Not only were my shoulder and knee surgeries a success, but the staffs efforts service was A+. Anytime I need assistance they took care of my request within 24 hrs. They helped me prep and get clearance for surgery and checked in on me weekly post surgery. They coordinated with all my other doctors and made things extremely streamline and convenient. Thank you so my Dr. Yoo and Dr. McMaster and the rest of their staff.

Dr Yoo ,and Physician Assistant Michael McMaster, PA-C, and their office and staff are highly responsive and caring. I required three surgeries. Both shoulders and right knee . I am very pleased with the help I received . For each surgery ,they called me on the same day after my surgery to check on me.Dr Yoo and PA Michael McMaster return calls promptly . I needed additional medication. They quickly called my pharmacy. I needed reports for my operation . They were emailed immediately . They are very polite ,reassuring , and personable. Everything was explained to me in detail before and after the operation. I understood what to expect for recovery time , physically therapy , and the operation . Dr YOO and PA Michael McMaster are an excellent experienced surgical team and provide surgery with care . For anyone requiring these surgeries ,I would highly recommend them .
