We have been seeing Dr Capota for a few years now. We always look forward to our visits with her. She is not just an excellent doctor, but she also possesses a warm and friendly "manner". She takes time with us as does her staff. She is always clear about thoughts concerning our health and explains options to consider. I’ve searched long and hard for a PCP that I could trust with my healthcare. I’m grateful for Dr. Capota for her kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail in regards to my health. Dr. Capota and her staff have always provided me with excellent medical care and service over the years. Just know that Dr. Capota is amazing and cares about her patients, but don’t take my word for it, you should see for yourself.

Myself and my family have been patients for years. The doctor has issues with her staff, knows it and does nothing about it. The major issue is the refusal to return calls. A few weeks ago her office major Christie was nasty, insulting and rude to me on a billing issue. This caused me to suffer from severe chest pains. I called Dr Capota's office to seek out help and instead Christy hung up on me and Dr Capota didnt return my call. To this day she doesnt know if Im alive or dead. This is just one example of maybe 30 episodes over the years. Myself and my family have done blood work and yet have not been able to get the results. We have run out of medicines and have not been able to get refills on a timely basis. Recently my insurance company no longer filled bystolic as a blood pressure medication. I needed a substitue. I left Capota a message with this Cristy and I still dont have a return call. This has put my life in danger. This is not isolated just to me. This is a conversation I

I have finally gotten a chance to sit down and write a review for Dr. Capota, and seeing the review below by patient Khan, well my experience could not be more different! Dr. Capota is one of the most personable physicians that I have had the pleasure of visiting (and I have had plenty). She is both knowledgeable and friendly, and always takes the time to explain her train of thought, diagnoses, test results, and to answer all of my questions. I would recommend this physician to anyone!

My family and I have been coming to this office for over a decade. The doctor have always taken the time to listen to each one of us and we always felt so cared for. I was also impressed by how they get to know you personally and remember the personal details of your life next time you see them. And the medical treatment was exactly what we needed.

I Have been going to this practice for 2 years now I have never been so disappointed with a medical doctor so she calls her self, from misdiagnosing and unprofessionalism the whole mother to daughter practice, these two don't care about how you feel. This office had abnormal result in the chart which requires emergency medical attention. Practicing Medicine is when you care about your patients .
