Not listening to a patients concerns over the root of their endocrine problem, striking fear into them for not doing what they're told and that there is no other way is hardly the way to conduct yourself.

She helped me so much. I would love to keep seeing her but she changed her place of work. Wouldn't of changed her for anything

Dr. Daniela Discenso has been a blessing in my life, with her help I have been able to control my Diabetes in a matter of 6 months. Very knowledgeable in the field and understanding of your feelings dealing with this disease

A pesar de ser una Dra muy joven, le gusta mucho su trabajo y es muy profesional y se toma su tiempo para cada paciente y responder todas las preguntas y se preocupa por el estado de salud general como debe ser, por el organismo, el cuerpo de una persona es uno solo, las citas se demoran un poco al igual q el tiempo de espera, pero vale la pena y todo el personal de la oficina es muy amable y atento, siempre tratando de ayudar en todo, mi agradecimiento para todos, para Sheila, para la enfermera Felicidad(espero no equivocarme con su nombre), pero me siento q estoy en buenas manos.

I called today to request an appointment with Dr. Daniela Dicenso. I asked the girl who answered the phone to clarify what a DO was and how it differed from MD in the case of endocrinology. The girl answered she did not know and put me on hold and NEVER came back with the answer. It's simply frustrating when people who work for the Dr and are exposed day in and day out with the Doctor have absolutely NO CLUE whatsoever. I tried calling the office several times after that and she simply hung up on me every single time. I also called the other office and Patricia answered the call and again, the same situation. Placed me on hold and never returned. I really don't understand how these people get hired to answer phone calls. POOR customer service!!!
