They make phone calls and say 'no one called you.' and put you on hold for several minutes to pretend to find 'someone' who called you. After they are accused that they just called a wrong patient, they cancel your appointment without notice. Don't go here.

After my son’s visit to ER, we needed to follow-up with his general practitioner who was on vacation at the time. We scheduled with Dr. Prada in his Dr’s absence. She took the time to review everything, answered all our concerns, prescribed necessary medications, and gave great advice. When we left our appointment, we felt relieved knowing we had been thoroughly cared for and heard. She truly is a fantastic Doctor.

I was underwhelmed at disappointed at the care this doctor provided. I’ve been looking for a new PCP, and, after several opportunities for her to prove she could be my new doctor, she turned a blind eye and muted her ears to anything I said. She mostly looked at the computer. I think the first notable thing she said to me was to eat 2 percent yogurt and to stop eating pancakes (I never even said I ate them). She gave me the obesity diagnosis according to 20th century definitions, didn’t ask about my IBS, and didn’t even say “Nice to meet you.” What a waste of time and a rude individual. Zero bedside manner.

My partner has Bells Palsy and has for most of her life. She’s had two flare ups in the last few months, both of which she went to see Dr. Prada about in order to get the medication and referrals she needed and has needed multiple times before. Both times, Dr. Prada did not listen to my partner’s needs and was disrespectful about what next steps to take. Practically berating my partner for coming in to receive services that she has many times before with other doctors. Dr. Prada did not listen to her patient, which I imagine has happened with more than just one considering the other reviews. The complete disrespect and lack of empathy that Dr. Prada has shown my partner is truly against the medical oath that I know she took as a physician, and I will be taking this review as high up as possible to ensure that the medical system in Cleveland knows they have someone working for them who does not value or empathize with the needs of their patients.

Recently moved to Cleveland and needed to find a doctor to fill a thyroid replacement medication. The process of making the appointment online was simple. Everyone at the small office was direct and efficient. There was a wait. I am used to waiting for appointments in San Francisco area so it wasn’t a problem for me. Dr. Prada and Tierra, the nurse, were friendly and direct. With the help of their receptionist, they made referrals for needed follow up tests. I especially appreciated that I could get my blood work there in a few days. The small office suits me well. I will return for needed health care.

When I was quite sick and my previous dr. could not diagnose me... twice...I went to Urgent Care and she was the dr. who treated me. She suggested meds and a script and I was better in 2-3 days! I learned she had a private practice and decided I wanted her to be my dr.!

Thought it odd and reacted negatively when I mentioned during my visit that I breastfeed my 12 month old daughter. Was oblivious to the fact that even the WHO recommends breastfeeding to a minimum of 2 years. This came as news to her and she still scoffed when informed about this rather basic fact. Horrible bed side manner and a general lack of caring or empathy.
