I went to Dr Brandman for a second opinion but now, I am switching to make her my primary provider. She was kind, compassionate and made me feel at ease. She answered all of my questions and did a thorough exam. I did not feel rushed at all! She explained a path that we should take after a firm diagnosis and offered many suggestions I was not aware of. I feel more at ease with Dr Brandman leading the way than I ever thought based on her breadth of knowledge and experience. I highly recommend consulting with Dr Brandman if you have any type of liver disease!

Dr. Brandman came prepared (had reviewed my history), was kind, empathetic, and helped me understand my options. I feel very lucky to have found her.

Dr Brandman is the archetype of the 'good doctor.' She is patient and knowledgable and very, very kind. She understands that her patients are perhaps both scared and worried and she tackles your issues with patience and empathy. She is quite an expert and has vast experience and you leave feeling that all is being done for you. I had another physician who was not an expert and I was frustrated by the many diagnoses and unsure of what to do next and Dr Brandman was totally on top of my case. The staff are likewise kind and efficient and the space is so well designed that you feel as though you are the most important person and they are similarly kind and thoughtful...the whole experience was wonderful...and this from an avowed hypochondriac....

I found Dr. Brandman to be knowledgeable and she had actually read my medical record prior to our appointment ( that doesn’t happen all of the time). She was pleasant, as was her staff. I have no complaints. This was my first appointment with her, I really cannot comment on “care” as I am just starting there.

This doctor came recommended by another practitioner within the hospital. It took me an hour and a half to get here. I called 15 minutes prior and once again at the time of appointment. I was not able to find parking near the hospital. I showed up 20 minutes late or 5 minutes after allotted time (15 min). Doctor communicated to front desk that she is a director and as such her time is valuable and does not want to see me for being late. There are so many issues with what I witnessed from people at front desk to those who came out to reinforce the message from the doctor. Come back another date and be on time… disappointing and speaks to the character of the doctor and practice.

Dr. Brand man patiently explained what was happening with my liver. She was empathetic and concerned about my health but what resonated with me and touched my heart was when I expressed that I felt guilty about not being with my students (My Kindergarteners) she understood. She’s flexible. I appreciate that.

Dr. Brandman took her time to answer all my questions and concerns. She asked me about my family history and all of my current symptoms. She was straight forward and honest and empathetic. A truly caring and professional Dr. 10 Stars!!!!
