Great staff and dept! The new building is very nice but it's a long walk for some of us from the parking lot. Needs some improvement to assist patients.

As always, the staff is very professional and helpful. My Karimi answered all my questions and made suggestions to help relieve the cause of my pain and we have scheduled a procedure to help. I have full faith in the Dr. Karimi she is professional, is an expert in pain management and is able to explain complex issues in simple layman's language and her recommendations and treatment have been helpful. She is a fine Doctor and both you and I are very fortunate to have her as my Physician and as a member of your staff. Congratulations on your new beautiful facility which is where I received services for my appointment.

Started out strong then terrible
Started out great, promising thorough evaluation and even discussing potential imaging. Explained she would help expedite my care because of how much pain I was in and all the body parts involved. Nerve testing took a month just to schedule and 4 months wait, I reached out multiple times to the office for help. Never received any help. I got the testing done and it showed some mixed results and instead of inquiring further with neurology she had zero follow up . I asked about the thorough multi speciality investigation she offered initially and asked if maybe a referral to neurology would be appropriate. She said “oh yeah!”, put in the referral. Took 8 months to get and another month just to schedule. She offered me a joint block that would be incomplete because she wasn’t qualified to add the additional nerve block. Instead of helping or referring me she just told me “happy holidays” and left me in the office while she cheerfully exited. Neuro said they missed an important reading.
