Thank you Dr. Morrissey! Thanks to nurses Bianka, Juliette, and Mayra! I liked both the level of qualification of the doctor and nurses to me and the excellent attitude: politely and with dignity. Thank you for finding the cause of the pain and thank you for the qualified help! I recommend this clinic to everyone. Leah Stasenko

Dr. Darlene Morrissey does the whole bait and switch. I jumped through all the hoops and 2 month wait time for an appointment with Dr. Morrissey only for her not to be present for the appointment. When I arrived, the front staff lead me to believe Dr. Morrissey was there and would be with me "in just a minute". Her staff admitted and triaged me saying the same. I expected Dr. Morrissey to walk in the room to perform an invasive procedure but one of her medical assistants performed it. I was very hesitant but the medical assistant said "I do these procedures", after you do this then you will see Dr. Morrissey. So I did. After the procedure they took me to another room to wait for Dr. Morrissey to come in and see me. After a longer than expected wait, the medical assistant tells me the Dr. will be right with me and as a side note asked "it's ok if another Dr. sees you right, bc we have another Dr. here seeing Dr. Morrissey's patients". I got dressed and filed a complaint.

I have one of the top 10 most painful diseases known to medicine. I called this office to get a straight forward answer and all I got was runaround. First, they said they would call me back to book me but it might take a week or two. I thought... why? But assumed covid. They weren't upfront about it at all. Made it sound out of ordinary for them. I had already been waiting for four weeks in pain but they said, wait another two. Today I finally got a call to book and they said the next available appointment is six weeks out. Wow. I asked if they understand my symptoms. They did. Huh. Then they told me on my first visit I was getting scoped. According to the American Urologist Association, scoping is tier 2 diagnostics. There's a whole tier of things they can check before invasive , potentially painful flair inducing things like scopes. This doctor clearly does not care about her patients quality of life if their method is to drag you for two months and then throw you right into a scope.
