The office secretary who schedules the appointment is so dumb..! She scheduled me and after I booked a non refundable flight from the Neighboring island they called me to cancel my appointment ..! And what was the reason..! The dr didn’t communicate well with the secretary...!

Dr Egami treated our 3 and 1/2 yr old son when he suffered a green stem fracture in his arm (2013). We still remember the extraordinary professionalism and compassion he extended to our family, very far from our home. He is one of the best doctors we have encountered, anywhere.

I have had excellent care and service with Dr, Egami and his staff. I felt like like ohana was helping through this really painful experience. Still Healed and healthy 5 years later.

This review is for the office visit experience. Always late. Expect to wait. NOT easy to schedule appointments and get follow up from the office staff. Dr. Egami is a really nice guy and very knowledgeable. As a patient you will feel at ease. However you will be frustrated to reach reach him, reach staff and wait as long as 1.5 hours to see him with a scheduled appointment. Sometimes it takes a few days to get a call back from the office!
