Dr. Hoover is very thorough with his examinations and recommendations. He’s very good with children. I would recommend his expertise and skills above all others.

Office always running behind-Dr. Hoover didn't even take the time to introduce himself when first coming into the room. He was very impatient with my three-year-old who was very hesitant and slightly weary of him. Would not recommend kids to visit with Dr. Hoover --not a kid friendly office at all. Their waiting room is very crowded, old and dirty also.

I have taken my child to Dr. Hoover in Mcmurray for an eye issue over the last year. I was on time or early for every appointment. Unfortunately the staff is always running behind-even when we were the first appointment of the day! Today was the worst. I showed up early but waited 10 minutes before the women behind the desk had time to check me in. A quick checkup ended up taking TWO HOURS. Had to wait 19 minutes to check out with two staff behind the counter and one person in front of me.
