Dr. Darren Schwartz, MD

I have seen Dr Schwartz and was diagnosed with Celiac.In October, I received a letter noting that they planned to discharge me from the Practice as I had not completed lab work. I called and let them know that I was not informed that lab work was required or ordered. They agreed to order lab work and scheduled a telehealth appointment with Dr Schwartz today.When I arrived at the lab, they did not have the orders. I called, and they had been sent to an incorrect number. They re-faxed the orders and my labs were drawn.I logged on to the call today for my 9:30 appointment and received a message that the Dr would be with me soon. At 9;50 I messaged to ask when he anticipated my appointment would start. Shortly after, I received a message that the Dr was now offline.I then received a call from the receptionist stating that they cancelled my appointment as they couldn’t find paperwork I signed. I let them know I will find a different Dr for my care. I recommend avoiding this practice

Dr Schwartz is very personable and thorough. I am grateful he diagnosed a condition that no one else had been able to for several years.

Physician user of services. They have well oiled processes here. Intake, IV, anesthesia, recovery all quick and free of drama.

Dr. Schwartz had obviously gone back through my records to make sure he was up to speed on my history. He then dove into a new condition my regular doc had diagnosed that I hadn’t mentioned yet! He quickly set out a plan for proceeding, and then made sure I received everything I needed on my side. I felt like I received great service from Dr Schwartz AND his staff!

Before my colostomy, I was given complete and easy to follow instructions on how to properly prepare for the event. The staff at the clinic were very friendly and helpful and Dr. Schwartz and his staff were very professional. I was able to fully understand how the procedure went and what to expect afterward.

I was overdosed for my procedure. My request was to remain awake during the procedure with the minimum dosage to relieve any discomfort. This was discussed and agree to in a meeting prior and on the day of the procedure. Instead, I was made completely unconscious and told after I 'was with them initially and agreed to increased drug'. I was out completely despite my desire and request. I have no recollections of the procedure, at all.

He's simply the best!!!
