Doctor great, staff terrible
Dr. Lyons was fine. The staff at this location is terrible. After being given refills and a new medication, I called to report a side effect. They told me they were taking me off that medication, and canceling the refills until the doctors nurse could get back to me. They never did, and they canceled refills on a different medication I have taken for years. When I called about fixing this, I was told I shouldn't have waited until the last minute and that the doctor was seeing patients so I'd have to wait until another day. Not good enough. You can't make careless mistakes with people's health AND be rude while doing it- I had to ask the receptionist to calm down when I asked to be connected to Dr. Lyons nurse. The receptionist refused to give me her name as well. STAY AWAY.

10 stars my Dr for 20+ PERFECT DO NO HARM
There is not a better Dr than Dr Lyons in the profession. One of hundreds of examples, My husband had a bladder accident n bath floor & he help me clean it up, when PASSING BY "YES," HE HELP ME GET IT UP! How's THAT FOR MARCUS WELBY, the 2nd. THE MOST KIND, GENTLE, CARING, LOYAL, CONCERNED, Dr I have ever known. He has been our Loyal Dr for 20 + years. All doctors should follow this GIANT for one week & they would see WHAT A TRUE DEDICATED CARING, DO NO HARM& EXCELLENT DR THAT DR DARIN LYONS IS AND EVERY DR SHOULD JUST TRY TO FOLLOW IN HIS SHOES. The medical field would be a much better loving place. HE NEEDS AN AWARD. He's never been wrong & never been too busy to listen! Bottom line, HE CARES! WE NEED MORE JUST LIKE HIM!
