No advice
Cleaned my ears but gave no advice or plan to cure problem. Program re-emerged the next day. Called for more information and was told I had to make a new appointment in five weeks.

Kind doctor
Dr. Ransbarger, Listens to you and has a kind bedside manner. He does not push procedures and always tries the most minimal approach first. At a time when finding a good doctor is rare, we are lucky to have him in our community.

Great ENT for my son. Dr. Ransbarger was patient, and very kind to my son with Autism. My son is an adult and quite strong, but Dr. Ransbarger was so patient, and understanding and helpful in regard to my son's ear health. I highly recommend his office.

My three year old needs surgery for her tonsils and adnoids. He was amazing! He came in warm and happy and spoke to HER! He made sure and asked 100 questions before suggesting surgery and wanted to check AGAIN even to make sure it was necessary! He made sure we had no concerns or questions by the time we left. He was gentle and caring! I would recommend him to anyone!
