I called the day of my appointment because I had another appointment at the same time. Which was my mistake however I still called! That is better than a No Show! Now, Dr Hill answering and stated that someone else could have had that time slot! Then hangs up the phone stating someone will call you back! I’ve only been there once! He exhibited no understanding no professionalism or concern only that I was unable to make it! Maybe staff wasn’t there but that’s no excuse! You don’t know me from one visit.

Unethical and profit driven , far from patient care ! During this time of horrific deaths due to COVID-19 and structural health disparities our experience has been devalued and tolerated. We as African American need to have a PCP that appreciate, Value our business and provides transparency to our families healthcare need . We respectfully asked for a family member who has diabetes and is a black male to be tested ,what happens to any one member of a family will have a domino effect on ALL of that family. Yes we are our own Health Advocates as we listen on the NAACP conference last night along with over 1 7,000 citizens we must fight through these structural health disparities and without compromising our morals, testing, testing ,testing from Board Certificated doctor does Matter ... Dr. Martin Luther King.Jr. reminded Us that “the moral universe is long, but it bends Justice” Change takes a long time but it does happen !!! 1 Star Only to submit our Experience of “TRUTH”

Dr. Darryl Hill definitely gets five stars from me!!! He’s very personable, easy to talk to and has ur health and well being as his main concern. I highly recommend him!!! And not only is he very personable but his office staff is the same, very professional, courteous and easy to talk to. Kudos to Dr. Hill n his staff!!! When I leave his office, I know I’ve selected the right Doctor! I highly recommend him as ur Primary Care Physician!!!

He dealt with my mother for years and did nothing for her health but help her deteriorate. Very flashy and lazy. I begged her to change drs but she liked the fact the she could get her opioids without problem. Any other dr she went to actually wanted to help her to fix the problem than just serve Percs to her every month for a $700 bill

Very difficult to get through to staff. Hard to get assistance to correct prescription issues. Everything has a fee in this office. Office staff have much to be desired not always professional .
