Great Doctor and staff. Their rating should be a
They're the most professional office i have dealt with in a while. They actually have humans answering their phones no AI. They get back to me with any questions or concerns I may have, I don't have to wait 24 hours for a reply. Maybe some other doctors offices should take guidance from Dr. Cringi 's led. It's a great office!!

Staff is horrible and Erica is rude & not helpful.
Getting any thing done is impossible. We have to go thru the insurance and do Erica’s job.

Excellent! Honestly, I wasn't too happy when my insurance referred me to a D.O. for my pain mgmt., but the first time I saw him again (I went to him once about 20 years ago), he let me know he was trained in pain mgmt. He listened to me and so far, so happy.

I have been under Dr. Caringi's care for two different conditions and his care has been outstanding. He has done pain management and also facet and epidural injections for me. I am very confident in the quality of his care and management of pain medication use. I have always felt safe with procedures and he is caring and thoughtful. I would recommend him to my entire family and our friends.

Dr Caringi is unknowledgeable about pain management. He only prescribes pain pills and does epidurals. He performs epidurals "his way" and they were very ineffective. He never recommended any complementary treatments like PT, or chiropractic. This doctor is inept. There are many better doctors in the area.

Dr Caring is very rude and his office staff is even worse. I asked for assistance from the Doctor's staff to provide my insurance company with needed information to approve a medication he ordered. The ball was dropped. When I called back Dr Caringi got on the phone and told me that I was asking too much from his staff and to back off. The medication did not get approved. I never returned to his office.

Referred in March for excruciating pain for possible sciatica, but couldn't get appointment until May. Got a shot of some sort then, but relief lasted about one week, and wasn't scheduled for a follow up until Sept, and it's impossible to get another appt in a timely manner, which is ridiculous for pain management. At recent visit, now with a limp and increased pain, could not get any pain medicine. Sent for xray and got called back saying I needed to see a surgeon but still no pain meds.

For being a PAIN MANAGEMENT medical office and not being able to get an appt for 3 months is absolutely senseless. How would someone who is dealing with undiagnosed pain at levels of 8-9+ supposed to wait for 3 months??? This is ridiculous. As for the rest of this survey...very difficult to assess since we were unable to make an appointment to see the doctor for 3 months! This is quite possibly how people can become addicted to PAIN PILLS since they have to wait to get any kind of help!
