I had been going from doctor to doctor for two years actually gyn to gyn as I had intermittent bleeding for two years. I went to visit Dr. Arthurs who was the only doctor who recommended a pap smear. He had the difficult job of telling me I had cancer. I was so grateful to finally discover what was making me so sick. I am forever in his debt. I flew to Oahu to the women's hospital where Dr. Arthurs had arranged an appointment for me with a highly competent physician that specialized in women's cancers. I had my surgery and the cancer was successfully removed. I thank God above I met Dr. Arthurs. I now live in a different state or I would still be his patient.

With sadness I have to say that Dr Arthur's has lost personal interest in his patients. Rushing to prescribe medication with out questions or an indeph examination. Follow up from the Doctor's assistant is very poor. When I expressed my feelings, I was dismissed as a patient. He was my doctor for the last 14 years. I wish the entire staff the best. I'm sad to see a good doctor change in this way.

Poor customer service by the staff. I have been a patient for over 12 years. The new practice expansion lead to hiring very inexperienced and unprofessional staff. I was prescribed the WRONG medication and the staff refused to listen or allow me to speak to the doctor. Neither my advocate (husband) nor the Pharmacist were able to resolve the problem due to his staff and their refusing to take responsibility or correct the problem. Very disappointing.

Dr Arthurs has been my doctor for about 10 years. He's always easy to see and in my opinion (as a 35 year health care worker) a very caring and compassionate physician. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
