Dr.Blank is wonderful but his office staff is horrible. It ruins the experience. I got a msg reminding me of an appt. on a Friday before Holiday. When I got out of work and called at 4pm it just rang and no one answered a day it did not go to a voice mail. I tried the Monday Dec 26th twice and again rang unlimited times. So today I went into work late so I could cancel as soon as they open at 8am and they charged me a $30 no show fee. But they have no problem when they mess up your appt.
